Surrender to the flow. What does that really mean? Surrender means letting go. Letting go of your thoughts …and listening to the moment. And the flow is what will carry you once you have let go.
It sounds so easy but truly it is a daily practice to let go or just notice your ‘thinking’ mind and surrender to it…. just see it like a movie but don’t get caught in it. The present moment is the flow. I find that 15 minutes of mediation ( sitting with your mind) can really be an amazing experiment to reveal the inner workings of what is in the way of the flow. Try it out … sit with yourself for 15 minutes and and just notice what you notice…. one of the most important practices I do.
